When you participate in an Alarms America SMS or MMS messaging program, we
may collect your mobile telephone number, message content, responses, delivery

activity.

We use this information to deliver requested communications, provide

their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Alarms America Sales Support SMS Program

The Alarms America Sales Support SMS Program is a recurring, non-marketing
operational support program intended for authorized Alarms America field
representatives, contractors, employees, and designated support personnel.

Messages may concern:

  • Proposal and quote assistance;
  • Product and service information;
  • Pricing and approval requests;
  • Appointment or scheduling assistance;
  • Active customer situations;
  • Sales-process questions; and
  • Other authorized operational-support matters.

Authorized participants may request enrollment by texting
START to (470) 441-4909. Participants will
receive the program disclosures and must reply YES to
provide final confirmation.

Message frequency varies according to support activity. Message and data
rates may apply.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, contractor
engagement, purchasing goods, or receiving services.

For assistance, reply HELP. To opt out, reply
STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive an opt-out
confirmation and no additional Program messages will be sent unless you
subsequently opt in again.

7. Other SMS Communications

Alarms America may offer additional SMS programs for appointment reminders,
service updates, account notifications, billing alerts, or customer-support
communications. Promotional messages will be sent only when the recipient
has provided separate consent for promotional messaging.

The applicable opt-in disclosure will identify Alarms America, describe the
type of messages, state the expected frequency, disclose that message and
data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or
receiving services.

8. SMS Opt-In and Consent Records

We send SMS and MMS messages only when an appropriate form of consent has
been obtained. Depending on the messaging program, consent may be collected
through a keyword, website form, written agreement, or another clearly
disclosed method.

We may retain records of consent, including the telephone number, enrollment
method, disclosure presented, keyword or confirmation response, and the date
and time consent was provided.

9. SMS Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of a messaging program at any time by replying
STOP to a message from that program. Supported opt-out
keywords may also include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or
QUIT.

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your
request was processed. No further messages from that program will be sent
unless you opt in again.
