5. Monitoring Services
Our monitoring services are provided by ADT. The terms and conditions of ADT monitoring services apply to all customers. Please refer to the ADT monitoring agreement for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alarms America is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, unless such damages are a direct result of our negligence or breach of contract. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State].
